One things for sure is that Spring is on the horizon and Im not complaining! No sir, No ma’m! I just love spring time! Everybody is talking about that feeling of gaining that first spring back into one’s step around this time of the year. When the weather shifts, and all of a sudden hope seems to be popping up out of every hidden corner. The sun, the warmth, a feeling of something brand new. The energy changes and all of a sudden we are shaken up in a way different than when we were ringing in the new year with expectations of all sorts just two months ago. Honestly my mood’s brighter, I love picking out my clothes and putting an outfit together just to be able to fit with the weather, and I love seeing the buds on the bushes and trees because its that sign that winter is no more and things really maybe looking up. Its almost like shedding layers of skin because your getting rid of all the heavy layers and getting ready for lighter, fresh and new ones; and let me tell you it feels good. And now here we are, spring’s around the corner, and some of those expectations have arise; there seems to be no reason to skip a step or lose a beat. A favorite thing about spring besides the weather is the shopping! Let me tell you guys this is the time I love to shop for winter items because thats when you can find some really great pieces at sale price that you will be able to wear the coming winter.
Im so obsessed with this sweater dress from Alatr’d State that I also bought it in a dark blue. Its absolutely perfect for those lighter weather days, but its heavy enough for those colder days. And my favorite way that I have style this dress so far is belting it, with this vintage belt.

Here’s to hoping that this is the last bit of extreme winter styling that you all we see up here on the blog. I’ve realized I’m obsessed with winter clothing and styles but its the season that I hate. Lately, the weather has been as unpredictable as the future. But I see warmth on the horizon and my excitement is on high. Faux Fur lately has become my staple especially during these long winter days. This coat is one of my favorites I got during Clear the Rack sale at Nordstrom Rack! Told you guys I’m obsessed with Nordy Rack! Saying goodbye to winter and ready to welcome spring with open arms ( obviously got floral’s in mind)
Got that Micheal Jackson stance on point!
My absolute favorite earrings! I literally have an obsession with utensil Jewelry, Love all things spoon and fork jewelry so when I found the fork earrings and they didn’t have a match I paired it with the spoon! Bingo! Literally perfection! I got them at the Chelsea Market In New York and I can’t stop wearing them! Cuteness overload!
Sweater: Zara // Coat: Vintage // Jeans: Paige // Earrings: Chelsea Market
I thought I was finally feeling a touch of the spring air but a day later mounds of snow have fallen on the ground and then I start to rethink the whole concept of Spring. But with days like this I will be living in my Paige Denim, I purchased these pants at Nordstrom Rack and they are literally my absolutely favorite pair of pants: so be prepared to see them on the blog (ALOT). Now that I found Paige Denim, I’ve continued to shop even more with Paige denim, they’ve just become my favorite denim brand that I can count on. I feel like New York is all over me because I was in New York a couple months and some of my purchases are all on me. My newly favorite sweater from Zara I purchased when I was in New York a couple months ago has been a non-stop wear.
Spoon earring on the right Ear and fork earring on the Left Ear!

It’s my party and I’ll wear glitter if I want too. Can’t stop and won’t stop wearing glitter!! That’s what happens when you find the perfect glitter ensemble. Wearing glitter and is usually not my first choice but When I found this jacket I thought it was perfect for me, I finally feel like something good is maybe on the horizon for me; and that makes me want to celebrate by twirling and dancing non-stop. The future has been a little bit shaky for me as of late and one thing I hate is to be un-prepared and to be heading into an unknown future. I like to know what the future has in store for me; something that important (Your FUTURE) is worth worrying about and knowing what it has in store for you.
So After applying to over 60 applications for a Design Internship and on the verge of almost graduating I want there to be a clear future. Its a funny thing about the future though, because it doesn’t really work that way, the future is unpredictable and no one knows whats to come; so you’ve just got to enjoy the ride. So for now I’ll party it out (especially in GLITTER) , until I know There’s something to really worry about-because although I have no idea what will happen days form, months and years from now; I do know one thing and that is a plan; I may not know about it but there’s something in store for me whether I have to work 10 times harder than anybody to get to the end goal to find out; if that’s what It takes than I will. Because anything worth wanting and fighting for takes a little bit of hard work.

I’ve been hibernating since the start of winter and its only now that the hibernating has intensified. I’m sure you guys have seen my favorite teddy bear faux fur coat a couple years ago, and I haven’t stopped wearing it since. Winter slumps aren’t great, you feel cold all the time and it weather makes it a bit harder to find some fun. So During the winter you’ve got to find some activities that don’t keep you from sleeping all day. some of my favorite activities during this time is ice skating, sledding, taking a trip to a warmer place, throw a party(maybe a theme one), and most of all find something that interest you.
